frogs get totsuka's, amaterasu'd or genjutsu'd and controlled they back fire against him

No they are not. The durability uzumakis have comes from stamina divided by time at battle, not from having more resistant/rigid/solid body or w/e

1. DSM Kabuto killed Itachi twice in this fight. Because of Izanami we now know that Itachi can't use Susano since he is missing one 1.

2. Totally agree because I think Oro is highly susceptible to genjutsu!

You need both MS eyes to activate Susano. He will be edo'd missing 1 eye.

Itachi has never seen the application of Underworld Swamp, so he solos.

Sasuke also dodged Amaterasu and Gyuuki blocked it. Sharingan users get their ass kicked a lot by characters that aren't as fast as Ei.

It counters Tsukiyomi/genjutsu, which is what you were asking.

Why isn't Food Cart Destroyer an option? A gigantic toad instantly appears where Itachi is standing.

Itachi has to be careful with MS. He only has a few shots before he's low on chakra.

Underworld Swamp appears instantly, drags you under, and can be much bigger than a boss summon.
