Well for one, Kushina was brought to the village when she was little, and is bigger at the time of her concieving. With that being said, im pretty sure that she has made friends in the village since her first arrival, obviously sasukes mom. But that does not mean that sasukes mom is an uzumaki just because she knows kushina. Thats like me saying sakura is an uzumaki because she is friends with naruto.
