When was this? Zetsu stated he was better than Itachi in amaterasu. Sasuke was able to manipulate it's shape and form. This is backed up with the manga.

If itachi Amaterasu was better than sasuke, then he wouldve turn nagato into Ashes but he didnt it burned slow.

He did turn him to ashes that's why Hitachi had time to go thru a whole speech with narito, after that nagato regenerated cuz of redo.

Danzo just used izanami quickly that's all. look at raikages had that took a while to burn.
