Itachibase or Madarabase: Who has more enemies?

Because it seems like Madara has more enemies to me. Seeing how he pretty much:

-solo'd the 2 main protagonists,
-disrespected the kages
-fodderized tobirama
-used Obito like a tool.
Solo'd the bijuus
-Made hashirama look weak af

But at the same time Itachibase were here longer. Also, before Madara, Itachi was hailed as a soloking that could solo any and everything.
