I was under the impression that Juubi form negates MS jutsu. It's why neither Obito or Madara have used Susano in that form.

So no Yata or Touska for Itachi poo

i kind of agree with this and i think if they were to fight i would give it to itachi, he could tsukoyami madara and totsuka the kyuubi but i think it would be a easier fight without the kyuubi...
