Nice reply....yup u r right....also Shisui's MS takes 10 years to work unless u have hashirama's cells like Danzo...Naruto asked Itachi the same question...Itachi's reply was,"Its not that i didn't use it...I couldn't use it...Shisui's MS takes 10 years to work again unless you have Senju Hashirama's cells."

its a different eye so he probably wouldn't be able to use Susano'o . Susano'o holds Totsuka & Yata. He'd maybe be without them.
KA would still only work every 10 years. & It didn't work when Shisui gave it to Itachi.

Also that wouldn't work because they have different parents. Just like Madara's spare sharingan he had didn't make it to MS or Rinnegan although he had Senju DNA in the cave. He couldn't cast Tsukuyomi with it.

When he says simply taking another's eyes wouldn't suffice, he's reffering to the fact that the donor needed to also have awakened MS. Simply taking a 3-tomoe wouldn't be enough.

You can get EMS from implanting a clan members eyes, but it is rare and most likely won't happen... There is also a db scan that states the closer the blood tie the more chances of unlocking the ems...

Not that it even matters in regard to this thread. Why would Itachi want shishui's eyes? The stupid thing would be to implant them considering his end game plan was to die by Sasuke's hands and for his brother to get HIS eyes..... And that's just one reason it would be a stupid idea.. Itachi was entrusted to protected those eyes because of how powerful they were.. we've seen Danzo, Obito and kabuto yearning to have their hands on them... What happens if he died with it in? It goes to what ever ninja is nearest to his body.. which in the manga case was Obito.. Not a wise idea right? .... This goes even further down the dumb idea considering depending on what eye Itachi implants it in, he loses either Tsukyomi or Amaterasu, and replaces it with an ability that can only be used once every 10 years, and was currently on Cooldown.. and to top it off since both ms's would be needed to use Susanno, there's a chance he would lose that as well while KA is in its dead state
