No I'm a big Naruto fan but the power difference is way too great itachi would have a better chance of beating the ten tails then goku in his regular form kunai and swords are next to useless itachis sharingan could track goku but that doesn't mean itachi can keep up itachis only chance and this is by far the slimmest possible chance itachi has and that is to use genjutsu and granted if itachi can concoct one is barely a second at that without being blasted our knocked senseless then it's an itachi victory Granted if goku is unable to power out of the illusion is another problem if that happens then itachi stands no chance logically

1. You used Genjutsu in all your argument and then even accepted that Goku(who continuously undergoes harsh training and bears intense pain) will be unaffected by it.
2. Also, you accepted that Goku will be able to defeat Itachi with his eyes closed due to his incredible ability to sense Ki.(Everyone in Dragon ball verse is capable of sensing Ki over countries)

My point exactly infact using genjutsu might be a very bad idea at all almost all DBZ fighters have mastered the art of ki manipulation if one assumes chakra is interchangable with ki chance of Itachi casting it is next to impossible. Hell read the manga Goku takes full controll of ki when he uses kaioken that's that context of his statement when he 1st explain it to Kuririn in Saiyan saga.

goku isnt naive. he can both read thoughts and emotions. he will immediately read itachis heart and know he intends to attack, meaning goku will respond in kind.

Itachi has literally no chance. He won't even be able to see Goku. Goku could fly around the Earth in minutes since Pan was able to when she was 5. I think it took her 5 minutes to. Add to the fact that she is a lot weaker than him. Not to mention he could move at lightspeed.

As Trunks stated, Goku could read the emotion of his opponents. He could tell that Trunks wasn't trying to kill him. Goku also read minds by putting his hand on top of their heads. He just knew he could do it. He knew everything that was happening in the Cell sage while he was in a coma. His insights is incredible.

Goku could also gauge how strong his opponents are without seeing their full power. He was able to calculate that Gohan would blow away Perfect Cell in power that's why he and Gohan stopped training. Which is why he was so calm before the matches.

As for detecting Ki, he could sense lifeforms from other planets. There is literally no escape from him other than going to a different dimension or masking your Ki.

He's a close combat fighter to boot, Naruto characters hardly specialize in that. They'll get obliterated by his finger.

Goku has actually faced Genjutsu as a Child and it did not affect him so I assume, that Itachi can't take out a grown Goku with it ^^
