Minato But i would have to say hardly because with the Justus he has shown..
Itachi has fire release
& If he is still using his sharingan he has water release

Minato on the other hand is still faster than Itachi in Base speed
Plus he can summon Gamabuta,Ma & Pa who can go into Sage Mode
Rasengan is still they for quick attack...Wait I JUST remembered where kishi failed again lol xd i am gonna make a thread on that

minato has greater base speed but most likely itachi can see his movements like sasuke did at the valley itachi wins unless minato has ftg level 2 (transporting things)

Minato, he has summons, itachi is very smart and would give minato a hard time but without MS he is not that strong.

And Snake & Toads are not the same...If u haven't notice Kishi has placed the Toads higher than anyother animal in the Manga
They can use Ninjustu,Saga Mode,They can even see the Future U_U
