He unlocked the same version of Susano'o as Itachi vs Kakashi he just went blind MS Sasuke is still stronger. Itachi just have better genjutsu his Susano'o wont stay long.

Lol, nope. Sasuke only unlocked Itachi's version of Susano'o once he got EMS because his eyes simply weren't strong enough to unlock it with MS. And yes, he would be able to use it as long as needed seeing as how he has the same chakra reserves and stamina as MS Sasuke does (even higher, actually). Come at me.
