Itachi with no problem and with eternal mangekyoi vs Sasuke with eternal mangekyou

Just ignore the fact that only one Sasuke Has eternal ms and that they both hv brotherly love for each other and are at their strongest with itachi having no sickness. I dont just want tthingh like "itachi" without good reason
