He'd be way better than Minato. He's a boss already, another boss feat makes him more boss. Super fast reflexes + immense jutsu speed (Sharingan can't keep up) + Sharingan + MS + FTG is a deadly combo. Minato will pale in comparison. He only has the first and last.
