No he wouldn't lol Madara MS would own him. Madara mastered the Sharingan beyond all (Izuna too) and knows all of it's jutsus so nothing Itachi use would be a surprise to him. He most likely knows about Itachi's susanoo's shield and sword (what they are since they are ancient weapons and Madara shown to know the most of ancient things) so how is Itachi on Madara's level? Itachi MS can't beat the 5 kages while just playing around like Madara. Madara didn't have to go EMS or rinnegan if he was serious, he was just playing with them and testing their strengths.

No genjutsus would work on Madara since he can use stronger genjutsus (he controlled Kurama woth basic 3 tomoe sharingan when Itachi and Sasuke both said they need the MS to do so. Madara, who trained Obito even taught him how to do so. They used MS strength genjutsu with their 3 tomoes so their MS genjutsu would be even stronger. The fact that Itachi made genjutsu his way for fighting is that he's a pacifist so didn't like to fight and he couldn't push himself as far as others can because his sickness will kill him as it did against Sasuke.

Yes no sickness and bloodlust and Itachi would be even stronger than he was but would still be below Madara.

I wouldn't put him on "God level" he's below Pain afterall. The only way Pain was beaten was because Jiraiya died to getting his secret which was further researched and info given to Naruto. Pain also wasted a large amount of his chakra with almighty push and the fights he was in with leaf ninjas. God level are Pain, Madara, Hashirama, Tobirama, Izuna, Juubito. Naruto has the power but still needs some training in some areas since technically the war is him training. He was training before it and Bee even called him going to war as part of his training to gain real combat training for his KM. BM Minato has the power but didn't train to use Yin Kurama's power so can't use the speed like naruto did 3x, chakra arms and such

Mmm-hmm, because it's so stupid that millions of large breasted women can be offended that men seem to have a stubborn refusal to make eye contact with them. And not making eye contact with Itachi has no correlation to avoiding Amaterasu or Totsuka.

You can still look at Itachi, even his nose or whatever, and not get caught in his genjutsu as long as you don't make direct eye-contact. You can even see his eye close and blood running down his cheek without making eye contact.

Both Orochimaru and Obito have cliamed so. I am not going to look for the scans. You should know this by now. False. One EMS Pair, requires Two MS pairs. This is exemplified with a four-eyed EMS Statue. The image shows Four 3T Sharingan. They are shown metaphorically, as ALL MS patterns are different for every people.

The story of Madara and Izuna back this up.

Both made at 3T. This was most certainly one of the two main reasons why Sasuke broke effortlessly out of Itachi's Tsukuyomi. I won't debate further on this, as there is nothing to debate with manga facts. Fact is fact: Sasuke's eyes are more powerful than Itachi's. It was foretold well before he even developed MS.
