I don't get why people think Sasuke has more stamina? Sick dieing itachi lasted to the end then collapsed..3 seconds later sasuke fell and collapsed unconscious...... Healthy itachi > health sasuke's stamina...

Give me a break, yes Sasuke has a chance, he fought against Itachi when he had MS and he didn't and did a pretty darn good job. But, as others have said, I'd say Itachi wins but he definitely wouldn't destroy Sasuke.
