- If Oro wasn't there he would have oneshotted him :|, and yeah died because of his illness. Instead of dragging his body and touching Sasuke's forehead, he could have used Yasaka Magatama or Totsuka Blade.

How could he have oneshotted Orochimaru with Tsukuyomi when Oro was capable of getting himself out of it and Itachi had to cut off Oro's hands to prevent it from happening?
Itachi was suffering from AIDS or whatever. He was nearly dieing. Yet you claim he could've used Totsuka or Yasaka Magatame to kill Sasuke. The same can be said about Orochimaru who is much more durable than Itachi.
Unfortunately Itachi didn't possess enough chakra to use Susano'o at that time. However, since Sasuke was paralyzed by Itachi's power; one can say that a simple Kunai to the forehead would've killed Sasuke
