Sasuke comes close if you take into account that his lacking in Genjutsu was made up for by his tremendous talent in ninjutsu, so Itachi wasn't the only one who got a lot out of the gene pool.

Though in terms of early development, Itachi was the more precocious one. But unfortunately, adversity was in his way of becoming stronger and he had Sasuke to babysit.

A Genjutsu user stated Sasuke was a Genuis based on his Genjutsu skill.
