The cloak are different. Susanoo is not connected to itachi. User can be remove from susanoo. You cannot remove naruto from kyuubi claok because it manifest from within his body. The claok connected to naruto. Susanoo is not connected to itachi.

Tailed beast can be "extract" from their host. Everyone know of this. Susanoo is not part of user like tailed beast is. Gaara pull madara out of his susanoo. Which prove they are not connected or bonded or attach to each other. Susanoo is something that user can re-summon over and over. Extracting tailed beast is completely different.

It isn't. Itachi and kakashi already shown the ability to maintain susanno while being outside and away from it. either way as a physical construction tobirama can seperate it from itachi.
