What can a blurry vision Itachi do against someone faster than him? Tobirama on the other hand has huge stamina, more chakra, more battle experience, expert on Uchihas, fought stronger Uchihas than Itachi, is an edo tensei so only Totsuka blade would work on him, Izanami wouldn't work, genjutsu wouldn't work, he can make a ton of clones and have them mark the area, can use Edo tensei to summon his past edo's (edo's used summoning jutsus and edo is a summoning jutsu).

Tobirama shown to see Amaterasu when he commented on Sasuke's, Seen Susanoo from Madara and he's not getting in close to use Tsukuyomi when there's clones all blitzing and Itachi having poor vision and being sluggish from his illness (as in his fight with Sasuke when Zetsu said Itachi should have been able to dodge a shuriken)

P.S. Susanoo does the greatest amount of damage to Itachi, using it made him cough up blood and grab his heart. Sasuke said his susanoo ached every cell of his then he wondered how bad it must have been for Itachi. The only reason i'd give Tobirama more chakra because this is Edo Tobirama

Susanoo does hurt the body i'll agree but when someone master it they can substain it even with the painful side effects, the reason Itachi was coughing up blood was because he was ill dieing at the time Susanoo put strain on the illness you think all because Tobirama knows about genjutsu he can't get caught ? how Kotoamatsukami fail?

Too bad Itachi doesn't have KA, he gave it to Naruto and then destroyed it shortly after. So it's either Shisui's or Naruto's since it was recharging when Itachi had it, thus was useless (takes 10 years to recharge). Plus Tobirama would have shadow clones so which one will he use it on and it doesn't do prefect control, if the victim notice the change then KA is broken as it did with Mifune when Danzo used it on him and Ao mentioned it and Mifune came to his senses.

Shisui gave him the Mangekyo Sharingan activated that mean he had to use it sometime for it to wait 10 years
