We haven't seen much of Tobirama. All we know is that he's probably the greatest water jutsu user in Naruto and that he has space time ninjutsu and is the creator of edo tensei. Unless we see more of Tobirama than Itachi wins this, but barely.

both itachi and tobirama have water element but im thinking tobirama can use water jutsu better than itachi, also tobirama was said to have space-time ninjutsu. and we never really see him in battle but i would go ahead and say itachi cause itachi cause he has yata mirror and sword of totsuka, only person i can see defeating itachi now is sasuke or yondaime

this is a hard pick, we know almost nothing about Tobirama..

Tobitama Senju:

Elements: Water Release Master
Special abilities: Spacetime Ninjutsu | Edo Tensei
Weapons: Sword of the Thunder God

Itachi Uchiha:

Elements: Fire Release | Water Release
Special abilities: Mangekyō Sharingan
Weapons: Sword of Totsuka | Yata Mirror

I'd go with Tobirama with this fight..

tobirama is (about) same level as hashirama and other hokages(except tsunade)...so he clearly wins...but its not so easy though...but if there is edo tensei, itachi is pwned (very) easily(if in edo tensei is madara -__-)

I gotta ask. Does anyone know if Tobirama had the capability to controll any Bijuus?(i'm not going to include any Bijuu in the match, i'm just wondering)?

totsuka sword,susanno and yata mirror :/ i'm going with itachi, althought i can see tobirama using
s/t to get into susanoo, and possibly attacking from there , then again, bringer of darkness can blind itachi, making amaterasu, susano, tsukyomi , all his doujutsu useless

tobiramaa doesss have tonss of experience fighting full blooded uchihas :/
also on the numerous occasion he met with the uchiha to fight, the two top senju would have to go against the two top senju, so i'm thinking he had experience fighting izuna or madara both with ms, fact is madara knew of edo tensei, which means tobirama had to have been using it in fights
