itachi vs tobi genjutsu. whose better

Tobi for sure, he controlled the kyubi, yagura and killed konan with just genjutsu all with just a 3 tomoe sharingan. Imo when he was controlling yagura he put the 3 tails and yagura under genjutsu so neither could break the other out of the genjutsu. He also was controlling them for a long time. Another impressive moment when he put fu and torune under a genjutsu for a long time too.Its a close one with tobi and shisui though but anyone saying its itachi is just a fan boy or deluded
