--His sharingan can precieve raikages speeed, as he can act accordingly and through the adequate KB acting as diversions, he can win by putting the raikage under tsukuyomi

--His susanoo V3 or above has the durability to tank almost all of the raikages attacks

As we know Ay is dumb as a brick, the moment he looks in Itachi's eyes he is done for.
The moment Itachi distracts him, he wont be able to dodge amaterasu. He is done for.

Ay has nothing but speed/strength to his arsenal which can be countered by Itachi's ultimate defenses.

Itachi can blitz him with Tsukiyomi/Amaterasu(higher than average speed/reflexes) and defend with Yata/Susanoo/Amaterasu, Ay cant do anything.

This is a horrible matchup.
