and i'll go with Itachi in this one. I dont think Raikage could handle his gen jutsu

I don't think any genjutsu would work against the 3rd Raikage except Tsukuyomi, because the Lightning Release Armor has such a constant flow of strong chakra movement that will break itself out of genjutsu.
But anyway... not even the "ultimate shield" or whatever stupidity the third raikage has can withstand Amaterasu. A shield blocks blunt force damage; it doesn't mean he can't be lit aflame.
Not to mention the Blade of Totsuka can seal him.

Itachi. We know that normal ninjutsu wouldnt work on the 3 raikage and neither will taijutsu because of his speed and physical strength, but genjutsu will and this is where itachi has the advantage.
I highly doubt the 3rd raikage knows about tsukuyomi, if he does look into itachi's eyes and itachi uses this, he would feel the full effects of it, just like kakashi did, and with this would be greatly exhausted, this then leaves him open to amaterasu, because if itachi used amaterasu from the start the raikage would dodge it and itachi wouldnt use such an attach from the start. Also after the raikage has been exhausted from the effects of tsukuyomu, itachi can either decided to seal him with the totsuka sword or use yasaka magatama or amaterasu.
Thats one way. Or itachi can desperse into a flock of crows (genjutsu) then make eye contact with raikage (similar to what he did to sasuke). Either way once tsukuyomu hits the raikage, it would be too exhausted to do much.
Itachi doesnt need to figure out that raikage defense because itachi's abilities are actually the most effective against the 3rd raikage.
Also if itachi does catch raikage with amatersu then its game over although it will take time before it kills the raikage. Im not saying amaterasu is powerful than wind rasengan because it is, but thats not why it will work on the 3rd raikage.

Raikage does have a huge chakra reserve and with this will be able to protect himelf in raiton armour, but his chakra wouldnt last forever and neither will his armour. Once his chakra runs out, his defence (raiton amour) wouldnt protect him from amaterasu anymore and this is when it will burn him to ash

I think Itachi would win , Sasuke hurt him pretty bad , not to say if Gaara wouldn't interfere in their fight Raikage would have only 1 leg and 1 arm . And i'm not sure if his gilotine drop would've killed Sasuke at the cost of his leg ...

I say Itachi. The third can dodge Amaterasu and probably penetrate sasuno. He has the possibility of winning. I say Itachi just because he's a genius with the mangekyou. If Naruto could figure a way out to beat him then I don't see why Itachi wouldn't. I'm hoping Itachi's genjutsu would get him through on this one. The third could win though.

Itachi would win this because he's got the amaterasu that burns as hot as the sun and in any case if raikage get's caught into tsukuyomi it is game over, Itach iwould destroy the raikage's brains

Both die. Raikage dies after tanking amaterasu for an hour. Itachi dies from spamming exhausting MS techniques and either gets killed by the raikage, or is forced to drain his own chakra to last the hour.
