Itachi vs Tenten (shurikenjutsu battle)

Okay so two masters of shurikenjutsu fight each other. Both of them have infinite shuriken and kunai. NO NINJUTSU, TAIJUTSU, OR GENJUTSU IS ALLOWED, except:

1. Itachi is allowed to use 3T sharingan (but no genjutsu).
2. Tenten is allowed to summon other weapons from her scrolls.

They start 10 meters away from each other and are not allowed to get closer to each other.

Tenten doesn't have Sage tools, who wins!?
