Sasuke stated Itachi is better even their father in shuriken/kunai techniques who was the Uchiha clan's leader and Itachi also had brutal trainings in his childhood with kunai what surprised even Orochimaru (Naruto Shippuuden Episode 114.)

Itachi imo is THE best at kunais in the entire Manga he found blind spots in the Rinnegan...I didn't even know it had any. O_O Itachi wins medium difficulty imho.
