SM Naruto wins mid-high difficulty, outlasting Itachi as he has intel on his Totsuka and Yata. Totsuka and Yata cannot be maintained for long because Itachi's stamina is rather low. SM Naruto wins this mainly because of higher stamina. Add healthy Itachi and then, he would have a chance to win.

Current SM naruto, if so he wins. Clone spam makes both MS techniques ineffective. Chou-RS destroys susanno.

The fight can end with a simple look at itachi's eyes, but knowing naruto's style he will immediately create clones. Also Ma and pa will be there if he decides to summon them.

Then theirs the matter of amaterasu, it has been argued whether or not naruto can sense the pressure or not.

Naruto himself can sense the chakra build-up, but that won't allow him to evade it. You have to be fast enough to momentarily leave Sasuke's eye sight, as Amateratsu follows whatever the eye is looking at. SM Naruto doesn't have the speed of v2 raiton shroud+shunshin hence he gets hit even if Itachi calls it out 5 minutes earlier.

I don't think Naruto would be caught in genjutsu with full intel, especially if he is aware of the existence of tsukuyomi. My predictions are that the fight go like this: Naruto creates clones on the battlefield. Using Tsukuyomi would be meaningless if it missed. Using genjutsu on one clone makes Itachi vulnerable to other attacks. Sharingan genjutsu has to be maintained by the caster.

He cannot break through it. He has to outlast Itachi but I think that's possible because Itachi has a sickness which impedes his stamina.

True, true, but then again this is assuming Itachi doesn't have any crows out that could transform into Itachi and attack the other Naruto, whether it be the clone or the real one.

I'm fairly certain that Susanoo will get destroyed with the same combo he used on Kurama, dozens of sage powered Giant Rasengans followed by a sage powered Rasenshuriken.

The way you said it makes it seem as though naruto will only summon like 3 or 4 clones which isnt the case here, if it was I'd gladly agree with you but he has a habit for spamming large amounts of clones. Itachi will be wasting his chakra.
