Shisui's Susano'o is still non-cannon.

Kishi also designed Mecha Naruto and Mecha Kurama, but I don't see anyone stating those are cannon.

Itachi would still win. Shisui genjutsu is powerful but I doubt he would be able to catch Itachi in it. If Shisui did catch him in his genjutsu then Itachi would lose indefinitely. Shisui was very skilled with the shushin technique from what many have claimed about him. Even when killer bee mentioned him he made it seem as if he was of a higher caliber than Itachi. Honestly it would be a great fight to see

and KA doesnt need eyes to meet. it just happens. what if shisui use aka on itachi with order committing suicide?

shisui doesn't really have any feats, itachis probably better than him in almost everything, the only thing shisui has going for him is his bs one shotting genjutsu

Shisui was=>Itachi. He was feared widely for his KA and Body flicker.Since he hasn't been explored much people would say Itachi solos but that's just dumb.Not much is known about Shisui's abilities (apart from KA and shunshin) but if people are running after his eyes and still talking about him decades later he has to be pretty OP.
Not to mention Shisui was widely feared as Shisui of the body flicker in many nations i.e he was more well known than Itachi was before the slughter of uchiha clan .
It would be a great fight to watch as both were the best of the uchiha..
