I'm under the impression that Muu would have too much for Itachi. A large AoE Jinton will devastate Susanoo, with or without the Yata Mirror (for those who missed Kishimoto's use of obvious hyperbole, this not taking into account that Yata Mirror does not offer 360 degree protection). Taking to the air will benefit the Tsuchikage, although the threat of Amaterasu remains.

Itachi could win due to his high intelligence combined with the power of his mangekyou or Muu could win with the power of his jinton that is able to break through Susanoo. Though I don't know if it will have much of an effect on the yata mirror.
