Sasuke clearly wins. I don't even see why this is still debatable. Itachi isn't strong enough to defeat Sasuke in the first 5 minutes, not when Sasuke has Aoda (Genjutsu control isn't an option as Sasuke can free Aoda). If anyone dies during the first 5 minutes, its Itachi as he can't fight against Sasuke and Aoda.

Aoda gets sealed no diff because it's way too large / same size as hydra possibly even larger

Even under normal conditions w/o this 5 minute limit, Sasuke would just enter Susanoo immediately forcing Itachi to either enter his or die to Sasuke.

Sasuke was going blind, that's the only reason he couldn't keep it up. VS threads with them put them at their perfect eyesight, so yes, Sasuke can and will be able to hold Susanoo up longer.

Summons are overrated ... Itachi can easily merely evade a tail then go on the snake with Sasuke ..
