has the advantage of stealth, stamina, battle techs, experience
just about every advantage you can have in a battle.
seeing as while itachi was a mere 13 he was battling jonin sharingan users and mutiple shinobi at once
leading a team of anbu black ops
sasuke will forever remain in his shadow.
i can see how its easy for you fanboys to hope on the sasuke train with him gettin ms and learning cool new techs
however he is still irrational lack battle intelligence like knowing when to quit instead of over exerting himself and needing someone to save him.
it has been shown he could never beat itachi without ems which is redundant
