In there battle, itachi had no intention to kill sasuke, when there katoon jutsu clashed, itachi used amateratsu, to burn sasuke,s flames, but then stopped amateratsu, if he hadnt stopped sasuke would have been burned to death.

Sasuke with MS beats Itachi sick I think. (when he gets amatarasu spamming talents and susanoo)
Itachi cud kill Sasuke no MS even with illness.
Itachi (healthy) vs MS Sasuke= Itachi
But since sasuke obviously always had to surpass Itachi

Itachi would win this without question.
He beat Sasuke, lured out and sealed Orochimaru, and managed to use Susanno when he was inches away from death.
If he's healthy it just makes him that much more powerful. It doesn't matter is Sasuke has the MS or EMS. You can't catch up to someone who has as much natural talent and skill as Itachi with a single power-up.

If we're talking about the two brothers going at it with MS then I'd say Itachi.
Sasuke with EMS I'm not sure, I kinda want to see what else he has except flaming arrows.

I agree, even if EMS Sasuke shows abilities that surpass Itachi's, Itachi would still make it very difficult for Sasuke.

EMS Sasuke vs Itachi-inconclusive as we only saw his wack ass eyes and an amaterasu arrow...pretty lame if you ask me :/
