Yeah Itachi has MS but it's Sasukes problem what he doesn't have it aswell,
So how much chance Sasuke has it here? Intention to kill

Sasuke wins. He already dispelled an adult Itacho's Tsukuyomi, which is Itachi's #1 weapon. Genjutsu won't work and I doubt Itachi knew Amaterasu or Susanoo back then.
