Itachi vs Sasuke; Itachi+Sasuke vs Madara

Now I know Itachi and Sasuke fought, but technically Itachi was at fully strength and never wanted to kill Sasuke to begin with. My question, would Itachi, at full strength and full intent to kill Sasuke, win or be killed by Sasuke (with the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan)?

Staying with the Uchiha, would Itachi+Sasuke be able to defeat Madara (without Hiroshima DNA in him)?

@unorthodox the Mokuton clones are Hiroshima's wood style technique. Madara doesn't have them anymore.

Well.. I think Itachi would not just have killed sasuke, but would have destroyed him.. But in terms of Itachi and Sasuke facing Madara, dey both have a chance of giving Madara a scratch. No chance of defeating the great Madara.
