no. hiruko will burn but it will take some time. in that time sasori can escape it and summon the third. when sakura crushed hiruko, sasori wasnt even there. hed already left it.

a puppet master cant use puppets in a puppet? thats a paradox and would defeat the stated purpose of hiruko which is providing armour and protecting the puppet master while he fights. the only weakness of sasori is close combat. but even then he can just repair himself endlessly. not being shown to do something doesnt mean you ignore logical common sense and stated purpose.
So sasori's somehow going to get his kazekage's arms up close to susanoo without getting them chopped off by totsuka blade? Itachi may not know about poison but he will have susanoo up straight away if there are so many puppets out anyway.

how in the hell would he know what the blob of chakra is? he could just assume its part of whats controlling the puppet. thats what anyone would assume. chiyo knew "kill the heart = we win" and didnt figure that out till the end of the fight since despite sasori being a puppet you still need a bit of chakra. but for itachis case, sasori wont even tell him anything. itachi would assume its a pure puppet and nothing more and thatd be logical. he wont know "its a core and you need to kill it to win"

the blocks =/= missiles and spikes. sasori was probably intentionally moving slower to toy around. with the missiles he wasnt fuking around and stated its impossible to dodge. that "old woman" knew about the sand and fought accordingly ie without any steel weapons. that "old woman" fought hanzo countless times and lived.
He has sharingan, and yes he can keep up with movement of puppets. He can predict sasori's attacks. I thought this was manga fact.
only byakugan enables you to see attacks coming from every direction and rinnegan shared vision. sharingan has no such properties. cant predict what you cant see
Iron burns bro especially if it is a powder state with large surface area burns even in regular fire, and ametarasu doesnt go out until the thing he was trying to burn is consumed.
too bad "iron sand" is defined as magnetite. a mineral harder than titanium and cant be melted by lava. amat may burn it but itachis dead before that ever happens.

chiyo was kage level and her puppets were simply of a higher quality. sasori got better at controlling them as more and more got destroyed
Chiyo shield will probably work but she doesnt know anything about amaterasu she wont charge it up straight away.
itachi doesnt know anything about their various traps and wouldnt use susano straight away
