I think it has already been established that Orochimaru is much weaker than Itachi and Tsunade is probably the weakest Sannin so I think Jiraiya has the best chance then

Jiraiya is no liar he's the strongest one of the sanin orohimaru got owned by itach 2 times in a row so I think jiraiya has a higher rate of beating him

kisme admitting inferiority and itachi's statement makes jiraiya a formidable opponent in a 1on1 against itachi.

Jiriaya can beat itachi, he doesn't need speed and reflexes to dodge amatertasu, he has replacement and substitution jutsus for that, same goes orochimaru, amateratsu is not a factor,jiraiya has his toad allies to support him which will be very handy and give him time to go into sage, and unless itachi can overwhelm jiriaya the way pein did(which he can't because he doesn't have anywhere near the power nor tactics to do so)than itachi ain't winning, same goes for orochimaru with his snake summonings and edo's, both of them can seriously rip itachi a new one high diff.
