Safe is alive, with rinnegan and as 10 tails jinchuriki

Use your knowledge of what we know of Itachi; based on his fights with Kakashi, Deidara, Sasuke, Naruto, Bee and Nagato and killing the whole Uchiha clan and Sage; what Madara and Jiraiya said about him, the rinnegan (pain/nagato as examples) and the power of a jinchuriki who can control the 10 tails (naruto and bee as examples).
