Itachi will not get sage mode naruto in a simple genjutsu seeing that naruto has crazy chakra control now that he can master sage.
Tsukuyomi will work if he hits naruto with it
Amaterasu will work if he hits the real naruto with it.
Sage naruto is faster than itachi (able to blitz third raikage)
Physically way stronger than itachi
Has never even been hurt in sage mode
Has way more stamina than itachi
And there is no way susanoo is going to tank a wall of super oodama rasengans.
Itachi's best bet is to hit naruto with tsukuyomi, which will be really hard since there lots of sage naruto clones running around, each able to use a super-oodama rasengan and genjutsu doesn't work on clones.
The same thing is with amaterasu, itachi can use it on naruto, but if he doesn't hit the right one, he will be wasting chakra on an extremely chakra draining move, all the while leaving himself open to get one-shotted by a chou-oodama rasengan.
