onoki can use an massive earth jutsu and smash susano.Also remember he lefted a giant turtle island with one hand.

That dust release has its flaws, like the time it takes to build it up, and itachi is extremely fast like sasuke.

In addition to that, itachi could use genjutsu like Tsukuyomi on him, but i've yet to know about onoki's genjutsu defense.

onoki i think would win this one. He has a shyt load of experience and has fought Madara once, that adds to everything. Also re wrecked a whole Island, and can fly! Dude could handle Itachi, tho I'ma huge fan of his.
