Ammy won't catch him and let's just say it does, he can warp the flames into kamui
Susano'o he should be able to either warp in or just simply slip right in since he's intangeble so none of the susano'o tech like totsuka is working quite frankly
Genjutsu aspects I think is the only thing he should watch out for, I don't know if he has a strong resistance to genjutsu but the fact that he has a strong MS gives me the impression that he would have a chance

Don't forget Itachi is very fast and his clone technique is the fastest jutsu which he can do.
EMS Sasuke or Kabuto couldn't notice it.. Itachi's clone technique is too fast for them.

while Naruto and Sasuke are genin. Are they not strong?

And what does him having Hashi DNA has to do with this? If anything, it should make his win even easier, due to superior stamina and physical strength.

soo the scenario is pretty much the weakest version of both characters with manga knowledge except now itachi knows of s/t and wants to kill? I'm not to sure if itachi knew of s/t in the manga but him having the intel will give him an edge even if he's sick.

Itachi wanting to kill is out of his character but it would be cool I guess to see itachi wanting to kill.

Itachi can't touch obito? I doubt with intel obito could touch itachi since when people make contact with itachi it's usually a crow clone.
