If all you're giving him is one feat of that little almighty push then of course he loses but that same Nagato with all the paths stomps Itachi low difficulty.

Genjutsu is non-factor since Rinnegan is immune to Visual Genjutsu.
Amaterasu is either gets absorbed or Nagato can repel it like he did in canon (Though I don't think he has good enough reflexes to repel it before it hit him)
Susanoo will get busted by ST or gets sealed via CT.
Sure Itachi can seal an immobilized Nagato with Totsuka but that's it!
