Anyway Nagato wins it with high difficulty.

Izanami is useless against Nagato.
Rinnegan can counter all the Mangekyo Sharingan techniques.
Izanagi won't do much against Nagato's 6 paths as Itachi will lose 1 eye and after it, boomed by Nagato.
