I think that's what Kishi was showing but for the sake of this battle I would say Itachi 6/10 just because I think he has better Taijutsu, Genjustsu, Tactical and Battle awareness, too win even with Hax Kamui

Genjustu is useless against a MS user and 3T Sasuke broke it
and Obito has way better Taijutsu feats as seen how he equally clashed with Kakashi while controlling the outcome of the fight.

And what battle awareness? The only he will be aware of is how much blood he will be coughing from his mouth due to aids.

And show me speed feats on how he can counter Kamui

Itachi can try to Tsukuyomi or Izanami Obito but as Obito likely knows of sharingan genjutsu, he isn't going to look into Itachi's eyes and subsequently stomps Itachi.

Obito will use that to his advantages, intengibility will be very useful here as Obito can hide his body inside cave wall and surprise attack itachi by Kamui shuriken(Normal level not Kakashi PS level).

Obito wins low difficult, mid difficult is really too generous to Itachi. Itachi can't hit Obito due to Kamui phasing, Kamui teleporting, and Obito's own reflexes and speed. Obito can easily avoid everything Itachi has, even genjutsu, and pressure him losing his energies, then warp him with relative ease, entering Susanoo thanks to Kamui. Obito can use Izanagi + Kamui to stomp him too.

Obito mid-diff. In the cave, Itachi won't escape Obito's Kamui, amller the space is, better the snipe will be. Countering Susanoo is easy with Kamui, he could counters Amaterasu with Tsukuyomi.
