He have shown more usage of weaponary and more skill and versatilaty in taijutsu than Minato imo. If he has a downfall, it would be lack of stamina/chakra compared to Minato.

On topic, Minato takes this 7-3 at the very least. Itachi's chakra blows, Minato's is huge. Itachi may be superior in shurikenjutsu, but Minato's kunais are heavier and he can use more shadow clones i.e. he has more kunais.

He's also faster and stronger.

It did happen; but it is not a big of a feat as people make it out to be due to several reasons.
Just to say at the same conditions there are several other ninja who can keep up with KCM Naruto in CQC.
