i have heard countless arguments about this in the time i have been here so let me clear this up,

Itachi has the ms, but with minato's speed he will not be able to reach him
so they are EQUAL

The fact= Itachi overpowers minato with the current info we have on both of them but i think we still need to know more about minato as well. ^^

so facts/feats(no hyp) goes to itachi he is the superiour one.

Go and call me a fan its right cause i am a fan.

But if you can't understand till now that itachi showed more is superior to minatoi you are a bad manga reader i think youl need to read it again to understand.
