Itachi vs Minato (Not the same as other threads. READ FIRST)

There are certain key restrictions in this battle.

Minato: NO FTG
Thats right, Minato cannot use his ability to teleport.

Itachi: NO MS
Itachi cannot use any MS abilities such as Susanoo, Tsukuyomi, or Amaterasu.
Itachi also does not have any of the legendary items such as Sword of Totsuka or Yata Mirror

Since FTG and Itachi's MS are so overpowered and constantly the start of flame wars, I have decided to take away those elements. Other than that, they have full use of their other capabilities.

This is basically a fight in their base forms.
Mindset is to kill

Basically Minato dosent have much more then FTG compared to Itachi who could copy techniques. Taking away Minato's FTG is like taking away Itachi up to 2 tomoe...

Basically we know nothing about Minato other than FTG and a few Rasengan techniques.. and on the opposite way, we saw almost everything of what Itachi can do, so the comparison is pointless unless Kishi shows us more stuff about Minato.

Minato has summoning justu and sealing jutsu, something that can't be copied without the right requirements

Itachi does have sharingan. He just doesn't have mangekyou sharingan with its amazingly OP abilities.

Yes I am very well aware of your thread that was made a little while ago. I made this one because I wanted to create a situation that would make things more even on both sides.

I don't need the search bar for this as this thread is different, with certain key restrictions that make it less likely for flame wars to start.

Wait a second. Some people think Itachi is strong without his MS? That explains a lot.

Minato is the fastest. FTG is amazing, but surely not that important against someone like Itachi.

Would you kindly care to explain your reasoning on how itachi wins so easily?

I'm not being a fanboy of any character, but I just want to know what makes you think that itachi would win with low difficulty.

Just a reminder, they both have incredible taijutsu, itachi is a master genjutsu user, minato is an excellent fuuinjutsu user w/ summonings, and both are proficient with weapons.
