Ninjutsu: Itachi clearly beats Minato in this, Minato only has shown 10 Jutsus so far and Itachi has shown 20.
Taijutsu: Minato beats Itachi in this. Minato has much better reflexes and speed in general.
Genjutsu: Itachi wins easily, Izanami and his Tsukuyomi are clearly legendary-tier.
Intelligence: Itachi barely wins in this area, a liar 99% of his life and is analytical and perceptive in battle. Unlike Minato, he can read people's feelings and intentions.
Strength: Itachi wins in this area by a bit. Minato isn't much of a strength-type fighter and neither is Itachi. He appears to have more strength than Minato, being able to make small craters in the ground with small kicks.
Speed: Minato wins hands down. Minato has his Flying Thunder God Technique and clearly beats Itachi in speed. In other words, FTGT > Body Flicker Technique.
Stamina: Minato wins easily. Itachi has very low stamina and is shown to tire easily when using his major techniques.
Hand-Seals: Itachi wins, he has more Jutsus and much more Nature Chakras then Minato. Minato doesn't have that many techniques in his arsenal.
Itachi wins 5-3 in Stats.
