Itachi vs Might Guy

I said basically immune. Well I say Guy couldn't touch Itachi and Itachi couldn't touch Guy, which one of Itachi's jutsus can even come close to touching a 7th Gate Guy?
P.S- Itachi is my second favorite character but I'm just trying to be reasonable here

Guy looks at Itachi's feet, gets hit by Amaterasu.

Guy looks at Itachi's feet, can't see any jutsu/attack coming at him.

Guy can't break through Susanoo. Guy without the Gates is nowhere near as fast as Itachi.

Only with the Gates could Guy move faster than Itachi, and even then Itachi can still see him (sharingan beats all)

Honestly the only living person in Konoha who stands any sort of chance against Itachi is Naruto. Not being a fanboy, just being honest. Actually, now that I am thinking about it, Itachi can beat literally every single living ninja in any of the 5 villages in a one on one battle.

-I've seen threads about Itachi vs Minato and people have it as a close fight and what not.

-But what is the difference with a Itachi vs Gai battle. 7 gates Gai is pretty dam fast and being hit with amaretsu is going to be near impossible. Genjutsu is going to be hard to pull off b/c of Gai's great speed. Trying to seal him with the sword is also going to be hard b/c of Gai's speed. I'm an Itachi fan but you can't say his shield protects him from everything. The shield only protects him in the front not the whole body.

-I say if Gai can get to 7 gates then Itachi is in trouble and wins this fight at hard difficulty. The only way Itachi can win is by tricking/out smarting Gai.

I'm not saying they will win automatically, but i believe Bee is stronger than Itachi, Onoki can beat him also, and Raikage has his chance also.

ok i like both characters im gonna be fair on this, guy is deffinetly alot faster than itachi, however i believe itachi is smarter, not saying guy is dumb its just itachi is a genius, and for people who say amatersu will burn him then i believe they are rong, guy has the speed to dodge amatersu, again with sword of totsuka, if the sword cant hit then it cant do damage , however getting past susano would deffiently be a problem.

another thing is that it is possible for guy to be put into genjutsu apart from looking into itachis eyes , the moment guy touches itachi there is a possibilty he could be put under genjutsu, however guys speed would deffinetly be another factor here as itachi no matter how skilled he is, might not be able to put guy under genjutsu in time.

guy should deffinetly not be underestimated he is a great force however in this match up i believe itachi has the advantage, but guys 8 inner gates is deffinetly a huge factor in this fight. this is a very close fight IMO and would come down to susano vs 7th gate, however im not sure if guy has the power to break through susano and believe that itachi would win, the only other possibility for guy to win would be if itachi runs out of chakra, which woudnt be much of a problem for guy as he use mainly taijutsu

anyways to summarise i think itachi would win with very high difficulty, but it could go either way
