If he tries to get close to him, Wood Dragon ties him up, Wood Clones>>>Crow Clones, He makes 3 Wood Clones and each clone uses the Flower World + Jukai Kotan, Itachi can't do shit about it.

Low diff, not mid diff, Itachi isn't getting him in Genjutsu when he can sit back and let his clones do the dirty work and Genjutsu doesn't work on clones.

Madara wins low diff, not mid diff.

I find it foolish that people are comparing a full power Madara with Itachi. I'm starting to think that battle intelligence is really overrated on this forum and should make a thread about this in the near future. It always seems like smart characters get overwanked to the extreme. Intelligence only allows you to win a fight if you are on the exact same level or if you have back up but in this case scenario, Madara far outclasses Itachi and Itachi has no help to fall back on. Madara's battle experience>>>>>>>Itachi's so even if Itachi is smarter, Madara's age old wisdom will allow him to see through Itachi.

Clones are kind of useless whether they are made out of crows or not and Madara can see through them. Madara easily breaks Itachi's illusions. Everything else is countered by susanoo which Madara can maintain for far longer than Itachi. I don't even think Madara needs his trump cards to win so there you have it.

As for the people saying Itachi has something left to show. If he did have something than he would have already shown it, now it is too late. If it is anyone who still has yet to show a new move, it is Madara, not Itachi.
