Not sure but they don't need to grow in size to eat his Susanoo and no matter where he goes they'd follow him so Shino is a big factor.

Itachi mid/high diff.

-None of them are getting past V4 Susanoo equipped with Yata Mirror
-The only ones who won't be one-shot with Amaterasu are Lee and Neji, as even CM2 Sasuke couldn't outrun it and he's faster than every single opponent here (except Gated Lee)

-Neji and Rock Lee are subsequently killed off with Susanoo or put under a genjutsu

-Lee runs circles around V4 Susano'o with BM Choji Susano'o can easily be fended off.
-Lee Neji and Sakura Byakugou replaces the burnt cells with new ones she can carry on the cycle seeing her Byakugou has 3 years worth of chakra so there's no outlasting her.
-Genjutsu won't work with Sakura around.
-If they all come in at once then he'll be overwhelmed and he'll eventually get put down by Sakura Okasho or a strike from Lee.

- sharingan genjutsu is not plausible ITT scenario
- Ino w/ hinata can repeatedly stun Itachi at 100 meters
- Choji is stronger than imperfect susanoo; Kiba is faster
- shika, Katsyuu and Neji can neutralize amaterasu
- Kiba & shino has free reign to counter attack w/ impunity

With the starting distance the majority of them will be instantly blitzed. Itachi have a five is speed, something that only Gai avomplished as well, and he have feats to boot. With Full intel he knows that Sakura can be troublesome so she gets an Amaterasu to the face straight away. If Choji is not blitzed from the start he gets Amaterasued or sealed.
In the end the only ones who won't get caught in the blitz will be Lee and Neji, who Itachi can easily deal with. He wins med diff.

Yeah... But Shinobi has not notable speed nor reactions feats, so no thing stops Itachi (who has full intel) to blitz him with a crow bushin or finish him quickly with his shurikenjutsu mastery (to not wast chakra)

Wow shuriken throwing. If Itachi needs to kill a nameless fodder that would work. There's a reason shuriken and kunai have never killed anyone of substance in the manga.

There are way too many of them for Itachi to deal with. His stamina just isn't enough to deal with so many skilled fighters.

So Itachi loses.

It was never mentioned that Itachi was sick.
AND when he was sick, he was able to tank Kirin, use the highest level of Susano'o + legendary spiritual items (Yata Mirror + Totsuka Blade), and used Amaterasu many times after fighting for a long time with no intention of killing.

Also, Konoha 11 are just a bunch of fodders, not "skilled fighters" - fodder Jounin from other villages would murder them.
