Intel, full?, if thats the case you have given itachi the clear advantage here.
As for genjutsu, we still dont know, believe itachi caught bee in already. Anyway whilst raw power goes to naruto, brain power goes to itachi especially if he has full intel before the fight as well. With this advantage itachi takes this

Yh I agree it helps considerably but do u see itachi comming up with a solution with 10-15 clones comming at him with crazy speed..dont think he will have time to strategize, hence y i put trees around the field...If itachi did have a chance to use them as a cover to hide from naruto(to come up with a strategy) would naruto still be able to detect him (seing as mind set is calm)

Naruto wins this IMO, Naruto's chakra/stamina and power in this mode is really strong, he would last long if he begins the battle with full stamina, setting up 20-30 KM clones and charging with full speed would be a problem for Itachi, I say Naruto would win with mid/high difficulty just to not underrate Itachi.

Hmmm, well if Naruto is caught in Tsukyomi, it could be over.

The only other thing Itachi has is his Sword and Yata mirror. I can't remember but does the mirror only protect the front of Itachi, or the entire body of Susanoo? Also, I wonder if Yata mirror can withstand everything. Could it withstand hundreds of Rasenshurikens? (I'm assuming he can't go BM so no TBB)

If only the front, Naruto can probably get the back of Itachi with multiple Rasen Shurikens.

Then there is the sword, well Naruto can probably dodge it as the only person faster than him is Minato.

I think Naruto can win this mid or high diff but I don't really know about Itachi's Tsukyomi.

I dunno he still has kuruma there, But im not sure if it helps against a advanced genjutsu like Tsukuyomi

Everything else i agree with...but i also think itachi's susanoo is actually faster than shown against him vs sasuke so i am thinking he may also able to get a lucky dodge

Naruto knows not to look at Tsukuyomi and can avoid Amaterasu, and can get past the Yata Mirror (not destroy it, but probably find a way around it, it does not cover the full Susano'o). I say Naruto mid diff
