Naruto in Km can Easily out last Itachi stamina wise, and is Fast enough to Dodge almost all of his attacks.

Itachi's Strongest Genjutsu are Close Range, Naruto could stay at a range and just let his Kage level shadow clones Fight.

Thats if Itachi's sharingan can even Track Km naruto

Naruto can dodge Susanoo's attack and amaterasu.

While he is partly Immune to Genjutsu because He is a Host to a tailed beast. Still can be caught by it tho if he isn't careful.
