We all know what happened when sasuke fought killer bee, which no offense, he got owned, but what would happen if Itachi were to fight bee?

ultimately Itachi would win, but not without a big struggle. Because in pure hand to hand combat with swords/kunai's Killer Bee was pwning Sasuke and Sasuke and Itachi were equal in physical combat. So Itachi would HAVE to use his MS abilities to beat Killer Bee. Although Tsukuyomi won't work, Amaterasu and Susano'o would win Itachi the fight in the end.

Itachi would win because when Bee fought Sasuke he did not have Susanoo, im not saying he would have won still but he wouldn't have gotten pwned.
Itachi is more skilled in fighting and his Susanoo is better because he could easily just seal Bee away.

Definitely Itachi. We already saw that he's able to put Bee under Genjutsu, without help from Samehada he would've been hit by Itachis Shuriken. Moreover Itachis Susanoo is nearly undefeatable, he's faster than Sasuke, and since Bee (at least Sasuke said that) moves in straight lines, it wouldn't be that much of a problem to hit him with Amaterasu. I'm not even sure if he could do something about Tsukuyomi, it manipulates time after all. Even Naruto said that Bee would be done for if he gets hit with Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu - but Naruto knows pretty much nothing about Genjutsu, so who knows if that's actually true.

Can't give this to Killer Bee outright, Itachi may even be so exhausted he dies afterward. We aren't sure whether the Susano'o could protect Itachi from the Bijuu bomb, but its hinted that it would because of the Yata Mirror. Ultimately, I have to give this to Itachi.

bee can break tsukiyomi seeing that he actually did when he faced edo itachi, he stopped Itachi's shuriken with eight tails arm, samehada can help him with Amaterasu and version 1 or 2 will evade totsuka's attacks, Itachi will be worn down and lose chakra and....well you knoww the rest

Sasuke was losing badly, until he used amaterasu. Basically an inexprienced sasuke with the ms gave killerbee something to think about once he activated it.
Also let me say, unlike sasuke, itachi successfully caught bee in genjutsu

amerterasu bee has shown no defence to this.
tsukuyomi would also give itachi the win as it only lasts a split second the hachibi can't break it in time. even if hachibi could break tsukuyomi in half a second bee would have allready undergone 42 hours of mental torture
